This is a great powerpoint presentation to help children in KS2 who may be struggling with anxiety.  Mental health in young children in on the rise, they need to be given some guidance on their feelings, they need to be reassured that it is okay to not feel ok sometimes.  Children also need to be given strategies of how to cope with their feelings which may make them feel sad or overly nervous.  This powerpoint is designed to do just that in a very child-friendly way.
