This is a great cross curricular topic, which which can link both history and science. This presentation is all about famous designers and inventors who designed amazing things, which inspired the things we use today. From Barbie dolls to phones, how many of these designers will the children have heard of and how have they inspired things we take for granted today? This download also includes an activity for children to organise the designers, in order of which invention they feel is the most important and give opinions why. There is also a matching/sorting activity to match designer to their invention.
