Exciting times are upon us as we are receiving valuable support from the Ad-Venture Group who form part of The Mid Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce. We are also now part of the Leeds Beckett University, New Business Enterprise Group, receiving ongoing advice and support from some of the most successful business owners and trainers around.
From April 1st 2019 Apple for the teacher Ltd will be residing at a Wakefield 1 postcode right in the centre of the City. Moving into our freshly decorated office, along with all the modern facilities you could need to give us a great boost into 2019. Our current office space is cramped and bursting at the seams, moving into W1 will give us chance to spread our wings and feel truly part of the education arena.
The Mid Yorkshire Chamber originally started in 1912 now standing at the heart of the Halifax, Huddersfield and Wakefield business communities, their mission is to drive growth amongst businesses of all sizes across the districts, by providing relevant and valuable support and benefits. Serving the communities for over 165 years, they recognise the need for localised representation, a community voice and support tailored to each district.
Knowledge of the opportunities and challenges of now and the future, have allowed them to develop three sub divisions to better represent members locally, regionally, nationally and internationally. The Mid Yorkshire Chamber now parents The Halifax & District Chamber of Commerce, The Huddersfield & District Chamber of Commerce and The Wakefield & District Chamber of Commerce. Each sub division provides members with additional representation and offers a more localised approach to business support.
