This is a great activity to help children to discuss their feelings and thoughts in a child friendly way. Children can think about the things that make them feel angry, sad, happy, excited, scared and calm by discussing what could be behind each door. There is a note writing sheet behind for the child or the person working with the child to make notes about the different things discussed.
