Are the number of downloads I can have limited?
Lengthy research and customer statistics, show that on average 15 to 75 files are downloaded per user pcm for a single year group.
We have capped the monthly limit per user to 150 downloads pcm.
Any users exceeding 150 downloads per month will be deemed as abusing their membership and flagged up accordingly to see why they are downloading so many. More details regarding download limits can be found on our https://applefortheteacher.co.uk/terms-conditions/ pages.

What do I do if I can’t find the document I have downloaded?
You will either have a PDF file or a PowerPoint file download from our site. They will have been displayed at the bottom (left of your screen) or they will be in your local drive ‘download’ folder. You will need a PDF viewer – https://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/ is a very popular viewer or any other PDF viewing software. This must be downloaded to your device before trying to open the file.
Powerpoint presentations have been made in Microsoft Powerpoint 2016 and will require appropriate software to be able to view the PPT files.
