logging in and Passwords?

You will need to enter the email and password that you have set up for your account.
If you can’t remember your details please fill out the form or contact our customer support team.
If you can remember your email but not your password, then click on the reset password button on the login screen and instructions will be sent direct to your email.
 

Logging in throws me out and i cant log in?

From time to time we do encounter this problem and we are working hard behind the scenes to rectify this.
The reasons for this in very simple terms is that when you land on any website a file known as a (cookie) is placed on your PC.

Sometimes this causes problems. A more detailed explanation is at the bottom of this page.

These are a few simple things you can try.

1. Press the half circle reload button at the top left of the page to reload the page
2. Press F5 on your keyboard to refresh the page
3. press control and H at the same time and follow instruction to clear your cookie history
4. Open a different type of browser, i.e Microsoft edge, Chrome or explorer for example and try logging in.

Cookie explained

Cookies are small text files that are used to store information on a user’s browser. Cookies are stored for multiple purposes, like providing security, maintaining user sessions, track user behavior on the website for site analytics and targeted marketing, etc.

When a website uses certain third-party services, for example, for advertising purposes, they also set cookies on the website. These cookies are usually set by scripts provided by these third parties for enabling their services on the website.

In Chrome
  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More. Settings.
  3. At the bottom, click Advanced.
  4. Under “Privacy and security,” click Site settings.
  5. Click Cookies.
  6. From here, you can: Turn on cookies: Next to “Blocked,” turn on the switch. Turn off cookies: Turn off Allow sites to save and read cookie data.
Internet Explorer
  1. Click ‘Tools’ (the gear icon) in the browser toolbar.
  2. Choose Internet Options.
  3. Click the Privacy tab, and then, under Settings, move the slider to the top to block all cookies or to the bottom to allow all cookies, and then click OK.
Enable cookies EDGE
  1. Open the Microsoft Edge.
  2. Click on the More actions button on the toolbar, and select Settings.
  3. Search for View advanced settings and click on it.
  4. Under Cookies section, select to either Don’t block cookies (default), Block only third party cookies.
  5. Restart Edge

To enable cookies in Mozilla Firefox 
  1. Click Tools > Options.
  2. Click Privacy in the top panel.
  3. Click the Cookies tab.
  4. Select the checkbox labeled ‘Allow sites to set cookies. ‘
  5. Click OK.
 

What are the school subscription costs for teachers?

We have a sliding scale price structure that varies dependant on how many teachers form part of the multi-use subscription.

Contacting us is the quickest way to get an accurate response.

Are the number of downloads I can have limited?

Lengthy research and customer statistics, show that on average 15 to 75 files are downloaded per user pcm for a single year group.

We have capped the monthly limit per user to 150 downloads pcm.
Any users exceeding 150 downloads per month will be deemed as abusing their membership and flagged up accordingly to see why they are downloading so many. It is worth pointing out that we have strict copyright rules when using our resources and that excessive use could implicate misuse of our resources.

My school already subscribes and I have just signed up independently, can I unsubscribe?

If you have found out your school already subscribes and you would like to cancel.  This can be done.

In short, if you have not downloaded any resources and it is within 14 days of you signing up, then a %50 refund will be given within 30 days of you signing up.

How do I download resource attachments?

Every resource is made from scratch and uploaded by humans. Although we do operate a quality control system before upload, we do occasionally have one or two that will slip through the net.

What do I do if I can’t find the document I have downloaded?

 You will either have a PDF file or a PowerPoint file download from our site. They will have been displayed at the bottom (left of your screen) or they will be in your local drive ‘download’ folder. You will need a PDF viewer – https://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/ is a very popular viewer or any other PDF viewing software. This must be downloaded to your device before trying to open the file.

 

Powerpoint presentations have been made in Microsoft Powerpoint 2016 and will require appropriate software to be able to view the PPT files.
