Description

These lovely poems and stories give children the chance to escape from the thoughts that are bothering them and be transported to a place of calm.  These activities can be done one to one, in small groups or as whole class mindfulness support lessons.  With many children struggling with anxiety due to daily pressures, they often lack the skills of how to deal with their feelings.  It is important that they are taught about feelings and emotions and given calming strategies.
